摘要
从新媒体到短视频,再到后来的直播带货,视频社交媒体在信息技术的支持下发展迅猛,电商直播模式为商业提供了发展新路径。在这样一个“公民新闻”、“全民皆记者”的时代,高校的新闻传播和广播电视等传媒教育却逐渐式微,已经明显跟不上媒体社会化时代的新需求。一方面,传媒方向的毕业生就业难,即使就业了,所学专业也无法马上为传统媒体或者新媒体提供相应的岗位技术和能力;另一方面,主流媒体和社会媒体找不到所需的人力资源。高校的新闻传播教育改革势在必行,特别在以视频为主的媒体社会化时代,传媒教育的改革显得更加重要,需要从办学定位、办学方式、学科结构、师资力量、办学特色等方面进行全方位的改革。
From new media to short videos, continued to the later live streaming goods, video social media is developing rapidly under the support of information technology, ecommerce live-streaming model provides a new way for business development. In such an era of “citizen journalism” and “all the people are journalists”, the media education of news communication and radio and television in colleges and universities has gradually declined, which has obviously failed to keep up with the new needs of the era of media socialization. On the one hand, it is difficult for graduates in the field of media to find employment. Even if they are employed, their major cannot immediately provide corresponding job skills and abilities for traditional media or new media. On the other hand, mainstream and social media can’t find the human resources they need. The reform of journalism and communication education in colleges and universities is imperative. Especially in the era of media socialization dominated by video, the reform of media education is more important. It is necessary to carry out allround reform from the aspects of school-running orientation, school-running mode, discipline structure, teachers, school-running characteristics and so on.
