电催化环化反应合成酚恶嗪酮类化合物

摘要 本文报道了电化学催化条件下,以2-氨基苯酚为原料,在室温和无氧化剂存在的条件下,经氧化环化反应以中等产率得到了酚恶嗪酮类化合物。目标产物经核磁和高分辨质谱进行了表征,并提出了可能的反应机理。该方法具有操作简便、原子经济性高和绿色环保等优点,为此类化合物的构建提供了一种绿色、经济的合成方法。 In this paper, phenoxazinones were synthesized from 2-aminophenol by oxidative cyclization under electrocatalytic conditions at room temperature without oxidantin moderate yield. The products were characterized by NMR and HRMS, and the reaction mechanism was proposed. This method has the advantages of simple operation, high atom economy and environmental protection, which pro-vides an effective synthetic method for the construction of such compounds.
