喘鸣患儿外周血单个核CD14 CD105双阳性细胞测定初步研究

摘要 目的:采用外周血单个核上CD14 CD105双阳性细胞作为气道平滑肌干细胞表面标志,了解其与儿童喘鸣的关系,为哮喘的早期诊断提供依据。方法:随机选取5岁以下喘息的儿童,以同年龄组为对照组,用流式细胞仪测定外周血单个核CD14 CD105双阳性细胞。结果:35例喘鸣组患儿,CD14 CD105双阳性细胞为12.67% &#177;5.56%,而30例对照组为4.84 &#177;1.39%,有显著性意义(P <0.01)。结论:喘息儿童中外周血CD14 CD105双阳性细胞比例显著高于正常对照组,提示儿童喘息与气道平滑肌干细胞增高之间可能有某种关联。
