南水北调中线干线工程安防系统关键技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 南水北调中线干线工程是全球最大的人工调水工程,全线总干渠长约1432公里,建成后将对我国京津冀经济圈乃至全国经济与社会发展发挥重要的促进作用。然而,全线输水距离远、工程实体多,跨越区域河流沟渠多、人文环境各异,这些复杂条件给中线干线工程后期的安全防护带来严重挑战。近期,南水北调中线干线工程建设管理局组织开展了面向南水北调中线干线工程的安防系统设计,并在逐步实施过程中。本文结合中线干线工程实际情况,旨在对该工程安防系统设计与后期实施过程中所要解决的关键技术,包括安防信息综合处理、智能视频两个应用技术,以及安全预警与应急管理技术等进行分析与探讨。本文以期对南水北调中线干线工程安防系统的建设提供有价值的参考,同时本文的研究成果可以为我国后续长距离重大输水、输气工程安全防护系统的设计与建设提供有效借鉴。 South-to-North Water Diversion project is the world’s largest artificial water diversion project, with a total length of roughly 1432 kilometers. The construction and operation of this project will be a promoting factor to China’s economy and society development. However, the distance of the canal is too long, and there is a variety of geological and cultural conditions along the canal, which brings a lot of challenges to the security protection of this canal in the future. In this work, with practical experiences during the construction of this canal, we propose to study the key technologies of anti-intrusion, i.e., joint data analysis, inteligent video analysis, early warning technologies, so as to provide a reference to the construction of security system. The research achievements in this work can be a reference and guidance to future long distance water/gas diversion projects.
