The safety of catering enterprises is closely related to people’s life, which has attracted more and more people’s attention. On the basis of discussing the safety risk of catering enterprises, this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of catering enterprises by using safety check list and preliminary hazard analysis, which can discover the hidden dangers of accidents in catering enterprises in time, obtain the causes and consequences of safety risks, and determine the degree of risk. Finally, this paper puts forward the prevention and control countermeasures for the safety risk of catering enterprises, which provides scientific guarantee for the safety work of catering enterprises.
