一种用于核反应堆场所的火灾自动报警系统设计与实现

摘要 核反应堆是一种实现核能利用的装置,其场所火警安全监控攸关核装置的可靠运行。本文针对特定客户单位火灾自动报警系统的特殊需要,设计的系统最大限度的免受各种计算机病毒的侵害和防止分散型控制系统内各个存储器的数据丢失,依据DELL9020计算机硬件平台,基于Windows操作系统,专门定向设计了“自动报警”订制软件,借以显示联动和PLC工艺流程等系列画面,实现核堆装置消防系统火灾自动报警功能。实践结果表明,系统的报警、监视和自诊断功能等具有高可靠性,人机操作界面友好,维护方便,且还易于组态和扩展等,满足了用户的设计要求。 Nuclear reactor is a device for nuclearenergy utilization. The fire safety monitoring of the site is critical to thereliable operation of the nuclear device. Aiming to the special needs of thefire alarm system for specific customers, the system is designed to protectagainst various computer viruses and prevent data loss in the distributedcontrol system, to the utmost. Based on the hardware platform of Dell 9020computer and windows operating system, the “automatic alarm” customizedsoftware is specially designed to display series of pictures such as linkageand PLC process flow. It can realize automatic fire alarm function of nuclearreactor fire protection system. The practice results show that the alarm,monitoring and self diagnosis functions of the system have high reliability.Its man-machine interface is friendly. And it is easy to maintain, configure,expand and so on, meeting the user’s design requirements.
