摘要 通过振动传感器对设备的运行状况进行在线监测,实时收集设备正常运行的振动值。振动值与旋转类振动信号采集标准对比,判断设备此时的运行状况。利用加速度传感器采集的时域波形,在系统上位机进行傅里叶变化转换成频域波形,结合机械故障的时频域基础理论判断设备的故障原因和故障部位。为旋转机械设备运行提供可靠的维修和运行建议。 Fansuse vibration sensors to monitor the operating status of the equipment online,and collect the vibration values of the equipment during normal operation inreal time. The vibration value is compared with the rotation vibration signalcollection standard to determine the operating status of the equipment at thistime. The equipment collects the vibration signal using the time-domain waveformcollected by the acceleration sensor, and converts the Fourier change into thefrequency-domain waveform on the system hostcomputer, and combines the basic theory of the mechanical fault in thetime-frequency domain to determine the cause and location of the equipmentfailure. Provide reliable maintenance and operation suggestions for theoperation of rotating machinery and equipment.
