摘要
表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术可以大大增强拉曼光谱的灵敏度,在农业生产、环境监测等领域具有广泛的应用,可用于检测有毒农药残留、环境污染物。而传统的SERS基底多为刚性底物,在实际应用中存在难以贴近分析物等问题。本实验采用简单的操作制备柔性且环保的纳米银–细菌纳米纤维素膜,并对其表面增强拉曼光谱性能进行研究。通过福美双和罗丹明6G的检测,制备出的纳米银–细菌纳米纤维素柔性膜具有较高的SERS活性。本研究旨在开发一种环保的柔性SERS衬底,通过简单的操作,制备纳米银–细菌纤维素柔性膜,用于快速和有效地分析样品表面的微量化学物质。
Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS)technology can greatly enhance the sensitivity of Raman spectroscopy, and has awide range of applications in agricultural production and environmental monitoring,which can be used to detect toxic pesticide residues and environmental pollutants.The traditional SERS substrates are mostly rigid substrates, which are difficultto be close to the analytes and other problems in practical applications. In thisexperiment, flexible and environmentally friendly nano-silver-bacterial nanocellulosefilms were prepared by simple operations, andtheir surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopic properties were investigated. The preparedflexible nano-silver-bacterial nanocellulose flexible films have high SERS activityby the assay of thiram and rhodamine 6G. The aim of this study is to develop anenvironmentally friendly flexible SERS substrate for the preparation of nanosilver-bacterialcellulose flexible membranes for the rapid and effective analysis of trace chemicalson sample surfaces by simple manipulation.
