基于PLC的配电箱温湿度实时监控系统设计

摘要 低压配电箱是建筑施工现场常用设备,由于现场环境复杂和使用管理难以严格规范,因而配电柜极易发生短路等用电故障,给施工和人身安全带来严重威胁。本文设计一种基于S7-200 SMART的配电箱温湿度实时监控系统,具有实时电流、温度、湿度检测能力,并能根据设定阈值开启排风扇或启动报警,避免线路凝露导致的绝缘不足和其他故障未能及时发现带来的次生伤害。系统具有可靠性高、监测参数多、实时性好等优点,可显著提高施工现场用电安全和智能化程度。 Low voltage distribution box iscommon device for construction site. Due to the complex environment andmanagement deficiency, the electricity failures, such as short out, oftenoccurs in low voltage distribution box, which makes big challenges to theobject and human safety. This paper provides an on-site monitoring system fordistribution box temperature and humidity based on S7-200 SMART. The system hasthe ability to monitor the current, temperature, and humidity of thedistribution box. The fan and alarm module are controlled by the set threshold,which can avoid the insulation fault caused by condensation and secondarydamage due to the neglect of other failures. This proposed system has theadvantages of high reliability, multi-parameters, and on-site monitoring, whichhelp improve the safety and intelligence of the construction dramatically.Distribution Box Safety, PLC, Multi-Parameters Measurement, On-Site Monitoring
