滚动轴承保持架位移故障诊断与测量研究

摘要 涡流检测技术是一种无损、非接触式的测量检测技术。由于电涡流检测采用的电涡流传感器具有结构简单、灵敏度高、测量的线性范围大、抗干扰能力强、不受油介质影响等特点,在位移和厚度的测量中得到了广泛的应用。位移信号传感器作为轴承保持架测量系统的反馈回路,用于检测轴承保持架的轴向和径向位移信号,在高速、高温的注油环境下,位移传感器的性能至关重要。目前轴承位移测量的应用主要包括电涡流传感器、差动变压器式位移传感器和其他几种非接触式测量传感器。本文将讨论和分析电涡流传感器的应用以及其中出现的问题。 Eddy current detection technology isa non-destructive, non-contact measurement and detection technology. Due to theeddy current sensor used in eddy current detection has a simple structure, highsensitivity, large linear range of measurement, strong anti-interferenceability, independence of the oil medium,etc., it is widely used in the measurement of displacement and thickness. Displacement signal sensor is used as the feedbackloop of bearing cage measurement system to detect the axial and radialdisplacement signals of bearing cage, and the performance of displacement sensor is crucial in the high speed and hightemperature oil injection environment. The current applications ofbearing displacement measurement mainly include eddy current sensors, differential transformer type displacement sensorsand several other non-contact measurement sensors. This paper willdiscuss and analyze the application of eddy current sensors and the issues thatarise in them.
