摘要 采用激光二极管端面泵浦Tm-Ho共掺的LLF和YLF双增益介质,实现2055 nm和2053 nm连续波双波长激光输出。在吸收泵浦功率为1.78 W时,该激光器获得最大的双波长总输出功率565 mW,斜率效率为38.0%。并且通过改变泵浦光斑束腰在增益介质中的轴向位置,两个波长的输出功率比可以在大范围内连续调谐。并且还实现了2055 nm和2053 nm单波长的激光输出。 The laser diode end-pumped continuous wave dual-wavelength laser output at 2055 nm and 2053 nm is achieved by using Tm-Ho codoped LLF and YLF dual gain media. By changing the positions of the pump spot waist in the gain media, the output power ratio of two wavelengths can be continuously tuned over a wide range. At the absorbed pump power of 1.78 W, the maximum dual-wavelength total output power was 565 mW, corresponding to a slope efficiency of 38.0%. Furthermore, 2055 nm or 2053 nm single wavelength laser is also realized.
