畜禽污水水质光谱方法检测研究

摘要 本研究利用三维荧光光谱技术和平行因子分析及相关性分析探讨畜禽污水的溶解性有机质(DOM)组成。通过PARAFAC得出畜禽污水主要含4种荧光组分分别为C1 (微生物活动相关产物)、C2 (类腐殖质酸)、C3 (类色氨酸)、C4 (类胡敏酸)。依据荧光组分占比,不同来源水体荧光组分及DOM物质来源清晰。结合测定溶解氧、化学需氧量(COD)、pH、电导率等指标建立畜禽污水水质相关性分析,得出C1、C2、C3与pH、COD呈显著正相关(P < 0.01)。综合分析得出荧光组分可作为畜禽污水物质动态追踪,荧光光谱检测技术在一定程度上可替代常规理化分析,为水质监测及治理提供快速、有效的手段。 In this study, three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy, parallel factor analysis and correlation analysis were used to investigate the composition of dissolved organic matter (DOM) in livestock wastewater. The results of PARAFAC showed that the four main fluorescence components were C1 (microbial activity related product), C2 (humic acid-like), C3 (tryptophan-like) and C4 (humic acid-like). According to the proportion of fluorescence components, the source of fluorescence components and DOM substances in different water bodies was clear. Based on the determination of dissolved oxygen, Chemical oxygen demand (COD), pH and electrical conductivity, the correlation analysis of livestock and poultry wastewater quality was established. The results showed that C1, C2, C3 were positively correlated with pH and COD (P < 0.01). The fluorescence spectrum detection technology can replace the conventional physical and chemical analysis to a certain extent, and provide a rapid and effective means for water quality monitoring and treatment.
