摘要
先天性肾上腺皮质增生症是一组因为酶缺陷致肾上腺皮质增生的遗传病。本文就其病因、临床表现、诊断、治疗及监测指标等进行简单总结,以提高临床医师对此疾病的认识,减少漏诊误诊,改善预后。
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia is a set of genetic disorders of adrenal cortex hyperplasia caused by enzyme defect. This paper summarized the etiology, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring indicators of it, in order to improve the clinical physicians’ awareness of the disease, reduce misdiagnosis, and improve the prognosis.
