摘要
目的:探讨三角肌挛缩症患者的手术时机和手术方法。方法:对东部战区总医院1例18岁患者进行全面检查,明确诊断后行手术松解治疗。结果:经彻底松解已经发生纤维化的挛缩组织,患者肩部功能基本恢复正常。结论:该病保守治疗无效,确诊后应选择手术治疗。
Objective: To investigate the occasion and method of treatment of young patients with deltoid muscle contracture. Methods: The diagnosis was confirmed after an 18-year-old patient examined thoroughly, and the surgery was performed. Results: The contracture tissue had been loosened completely, the shoulder function returned to normal basically. Conclusion: The conservative treatment of this kind of disease is invalid. Surgical treatment should be performed after a definite diagnosis.
