The Research Progress on the Pathogenesis of Chronic Dacryocystitis

慢性泪囊炎(CD)是鼻泪管狭窄或阻塞继发的微生物感染,其发病机制对患者的诊断、治疗和预后都有着非常重要的意义。本文通过阅读大量近几年国内外关于慢性泪囊炎的文献,总结归纳出了泪囊炎的组织病理学、微生物学、免疫学的三方面特征。

Chronic dacryocystitis (CD) is a microbial infection secondary to nasolacrimal duct stenosis or ob-struction, and its pathogenesis is of great significance to the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients. By reading a large number of literatures about chronic dacryocystitis at home and abroad in recent years, this paper summarizes the histopathological, microbiological and immunological characteristics of dacryocystitis.
