细胞外基质作为细胞直接的生存环境,与结直肠癌恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。由于细胞外基质是有多种蛋白及多糖分子构成,因此,细胞外基质与结直肠癌的发生发展有着密切关系,并且在结直肠癌的转移、侵袭、凋亡、耐药和发病相关的信号通路中都扮演着很重要的角色。

Extracellular matrix, as the direct living environment of cells, is closely related to the development of colorectal cancer malignancies. Since the extracellular matrix is composed of various protein and polysaccharide molecules, it is closely related to the development of colorectal cancer and plays a very important role in the metastasis, invasion, apoptosis, drug resistance and pathogenesis-related signaling pathways of colorectal cancer.
