巴西诺卡菌致免疫功能正常宿主播散性感染1例

A Case of Disseminated Infection in an Immunocompetent Host Caused by Nocardia brasiliensis

诺卡菌病是由诺卡氏菌引起的机会性感染性疾病,其可经血流播散累及多个器官。巴西诺卡菌所致的诺卡菌病易发生于免疫功能低下者,免疫功能正常者少有报道及讨论,其临床症状及实验室、影像学检查无特异征象。本文报道1例免疫功能正常宿主感染巴西诺卡菌引起的播散性诺卡菌病,为临床早识别、早诊断及治疗提供有益的帮助。

Nocardiosis is an opportunistic infectious disease caused by Nocardia, which can spread through the bloodstream and involve multiple organs. Nocardiosis caused by Nocardia brasiliensis tends to oc-cur in immunocompromised individuals, and it is rarely reported and discussed in immunocompe-tent individuals, with no specific signs in clinical symptoms and laboratory and imaging examina-tions. In this paper, we report a case of disseminated nocardiosis caused by Nocardia brasiliensis infection in an immunocompetent host, which can provide useful help for early clinical identifica-tion, diagnosis and treatment.
