SMARCA4缺失型非小细胞肺癌(SMARCA4-deficient non-small cell lung cancer, SMARCA4-Dnsclc)是一类与SWI/SNF复合物突变相关的罕见恶性肿瘤,其临床表现为高度侵袭性,患者预后往往较差,SMARCA4-dNSCLC的主要难点在诊断及治疗方面,本文对一例SMARCA4-dSNCLC患者的临床诊断进行报道,并系统性回顾SMARCA4-dNSCLC的临床表现、病理学、免疫组化及治疗方面的相关研究。

SMARCA4-deficient non-small cell lung cancer (SMARCA4 SMARCA4-dNSCLC) is a rare malignancy associated with SWI/SNF complex mutations, which is highly aggressive in clinical manifestations and often has a poor prognosis for patients SMARCA4. This article reports the clinical diagnosis of a patient with SMARCA4-dSNCLC, and systematically reviews the clinical manifestations, pathology, immunohistochemistry and treatment of SMARCA4-dNSCLC.
