高清食管测压评估慢性非阻塞性吞咽困难的中医临证运用

Clinical Application of High Definition Esophageal Manometry in the Evaluation of Chronic Non-Obstructive Dysphagia

高清食管测压是采用密集的压力感受器同步采集整个食管压力数据的检验方法。通过计算机软件转变为三维空间图像,更简单直观帮助我们了解食管运动与症状间的关系。食管测压是诊断食管动力异常的重要手段,可测定LES压力、显示频繁的一过性LES松弛和评价食管体部动力功能。非阻塞性吞咽苦难属于中医“噎膈”、“梅核气”等病的范畴。笔者导师王敏教授通过临床观察,挑选代表性的病案进行分析,进一步证实了相关理论是临床效果通过追踪、分析典型病案中的高清食管测压评估慢性阻塞性吞咽困难的中医临证具体运用,以此总结出的临床价值及疗效,对于一些食管动力异常的疾病在中医临证运用中起到很好疗效,望能进一步对中医药的临床工作起到参考性作用。

High definition esophageal manometry is a test method to collect the pressure data of the whole esophagus synchronously by using dense pressure receptors. The computer software is transformed into a three-dimensional spatial image, which is more simple and intuitive to help us understand the relationship between esophageal movement and symptoms. Esophageal manometry is an important means to diagnose esophageal motility abnormalities. It can measure LES pressure, show frequent transient LES relaxation and evaluate esophageal body dynamic function. Non-obstructive swallowing pain belongs to the category of “choking diaphragm” and “plum kernel qi” in traditional Chinese medicine. Through clinical observation and analysis of representative medical records, Professor Wang Min, the instructor of the pencil, further confirmed that the relevant theories are clinical effects. The clinical value and curative effect are summarized by tracking and analyzing the specific application of high-definition esophageal manometry in typical medical records to evaluate the clinical diagnosis of chronic obstructive dysphagia. For some diseases with abnormal esophageal dynamics, it has a good effect in the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine, hoping to further play a reference role in the clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine.
