选矿废水净化与回用技术现状与展望

摘要 选矿废水排放量大,约占全国工业废水总排放量的十分之一;且其含有大量固体悬浮物、重金属离子与各种残留的选矿药剂,成分复杂,使得无论是选择直接外排或是回用都会造成不小的危害。本文在简要介绍选矿废水来源、特点以及危害的基础上,综合介绍了近年来广泛应用在选矿废水处理上的自然净化、酸碱中和、混凝沉降、和化学氧化等传统处理方法,以及人工湿地、微生物吸附法等选矿废水的处理新探索。通过对各种处理方法的横向对比,分析各方案的优势与不足,为选矿工作者提供解决实际选矿废水问题的思路,最后对选矿废水技术与研究方向提出展望。 The waste water produced in minerals processing has a large quantity of emission, which accounts for about 10% of the total emissions of industrial waste water. In addition, due to the excessive suspended solids, heavy metal ions and residual reagents, the waste water can cause a lot of harm whether direct discharged or reused. In this paper, based on the source, characteristics and harm of the waste water in minerals processing, the traditional methods such as natural purification, acid and alkali neutralization, coagulation sedimentation, and chemical oxidation are comprehensively introduced, and the new methods of artificial wetland and microbial adsorption are explored. At last, the advantages and disadvantages of every method are analyzed, and the technology and research direction of waste water in minerals processing are prospected.
