Discussion on Safety Factor of Coal Mine Equipment

论文分析了煤矿设备安全系数的规定存在的以下问题:部分安全系数规定偏高、部分大规格的产品使用受限、和国外设备安全系数有一点的技术冲突、部分新产品开发应用存在安全系数技术盲区等;分析了安全系数的技术背景,研究了相关行业的安全系数管理经验;提出煤矿设备安全系数修订管理建议:行业协会牵头产学研合作开展修订工作,做好试点工作和过渡期管理工作。

This paper analyzes the following problems in the regulation of safety factor of coal mine equipment: Some safety factor regulations are high, some of the products with large specifications are limited, there is a technical conflict with the safety factor of foreign equipment, and some new product development and application have safety factor technology blind areas. The technical background of safety factor is analyzed, and the experience of safety factor management in related industries is studied. Suggestions for the revised management of coal mine equipment safety factors were put forward: The industry association took the lead in industrial, academic and research cooperation to carry out the revision work, and did a good job in the pilot work and transitional management work.
