柳树河油页岩露天矿开采环境影响分析及预保护措施

Open Pit Mining Environmental Impact Analysis and Pre-Protection Measures

露天矿开采过程中,会对地表水环境、大气环境、噪声环境、地下水环境及生态环境等产生影响。本文针对柳树河油页岩露天矿建设和运营过程中出现的环境影响因素如工程占地、扬尘、尾气排放、废水、噪声、地下水疏干等进行了分析。为了控制和减少污染物排放,充分利用疏干水资源,减少对周围生态及居民用水产生的影响,提出了相应的预保护措施。

In the process of open pit mining, it will affect the surface water environment, atmosphere envi-ronment, noise environment, groundwater environment and ecological environment. In this paper, the Liushuhe oil shale mine construction and production process in environmental factors such as construction machinery, construction dust, exhaust gas waste water, construction noise, the groundwater drainage were analyzed. In order to control and reduce the pollutant discharge, make full use of water resources, reduce the impact on the surrounding ecology and the residents’ water use, the corresponding pre-protection measures are put forward.
