摘要
本论文对国家能源集团公司某煤矿井下使用的桥式起重机结构进行了认真分析,同时对桥式起重机的安装基础进行了详细介绍,最后通过建立空间力系的力学平衡方程分步骤地对桥式起重机基础的受力情况进行了力学分析,定量地分析出桥式起重机基础所承受的力并与基础中钻孔内混凝土的抗拉强度进行了比较和分析,为桥式起重机基础的设计和施工提供了科学依据和理论指导,保证了矿井的安全高效地生产。
This thesis carefully analyzes the structure of the bridge crane used in a coal mine of the National Energy Group Corporation. At the same time, it introduces the installation foundation of the bridge crane in detail. Finally, the bridge crane is analyzed step by step by establishing the mechanical balance equation of the space force system. The mechanical analysis of the force of the crane foundation is carried out, the force of the bridge crane foundation is quantitatively analyzed, and the tensile strength of the concrete in the borehole in the foundation is compared and analyzed, which is the design and construction of the bridge crane foundation. It provides scientific basis and theoretical guidance to ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine.
