摘要
本文研究了利用冶金、水泥工业、煤化工、煤电等产业中高温、长时间、熔融等特征实现协同处置利用危废的潜力及工艺路线,论述了通过产业协同处置利用危废技术的可行性。提出促进产业协同处置固废产业发展,需要加强产业协同处置利用危废系统技术研究,关注烟气污染排放,完善相关标准规范,建立跨区域产业协同处置危废基地。产业协同处置利用危废对于提升危废全过程风险控制管理水平,促进危废资源化发展和支撑“无废城市”试点建设具有重要意义。
The potential and technological route of synergistic disposal and utilization of hazardous wastes by utilizing the characteristics of high temperature, long time and melting in metallurgical, cement, coal chemical and coal-electricity industries were studied. The technology feasibility through industrial collaborative disposal hazardous wastes was discussed. In order to promote the development of solid waste industry, it was necessary to strengthen the technology research of hazardous waste system, focus on the emission of flue gas pollution, improve relevant standards and policy and establish a trans-regional industrial cooperative disposal base. It was of great importance to improve the risk control and management level of the whole process of hazardous wastes, promote the development of hazardous wastes as resources and support the pilot construction of “waste-free cities”.
