硝酸钠为助浸剂时石煤提钒的酸浸工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 石煤提钒很困难。本文研究了以硝酸钠为助浸剂时,用硫酸从石煤中提钒的新工艺。探讨了助浸剂、固液比、浸出时间、浸出温度及硫酸浓度对钒浸出率的影响。实验结果表明,添加1.5 wt%硝酸钠比不添加时钒的浸出率提高30%左右。在硫酸用量3.0 mol/L、硝酸钠用量1.5 wt%、固液比1:1 g/ml、浸出温度95℃,浸出时间9 h的条件下,钒的浸出率达到98.16%。 It is very difficult to extract vanadium from stone coal. A new process for extracting vanadium from stone coal with sulfuric acid using sodium nitrate as leaching aid is proposed and studied. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, leaching temperature, leaching time and leaching aids on vanadium leaching rate were discussed. The results show that the leaching rate of vanadium with 1.5% sodium nitrate is about 30% higher than that without additives. Under the conditions of 3.0 mol/L sulfuric acid, 1.5% sodium nitrate, 1:1 g/ml solid-liquid ratio, 95?C leaching tem-perature and leaching time 9 h, the leaching rate of vanadium reached 98.16%.
