摘要
定日镜传动系统主要应用于聚光型太阳能热发电系统,通过对其转动机构的控制,为聚光型太阳能热发电系统提供精确的位置信号。因此,系统的传动精度将直接影响太阳能热发电系统的聚光效率。本文基于统计计算的方法,计算了定日镜传动系统的传动精度;同时通过实验验证的方式,获得传动误差和回差曲线,并对比分析了系统在加载和空载两种状态下的传动精度,最后总结了影响系统传动精度的主要因素,为深入研究精密齿轮传动系统的动态传动精度,探索齿轮传动精度主动控制提供了有效的方法。
The heliostat transmission system is mainly used in concentrating solar power system, and it provides accurate position signal for solar power system through the control of its transmission mechanism. Therefore, the transmission accuracy of the system will directly affect the concentration efficiency of solar power system. Based on statistical calculations, the transmission accuracy is calculated. The transmission error and return error curve is got from the experimental results. The transmission accuracy is analyzed and compared under load and no-load states. The main factors that influence the transmission accuracy of the system have been summarized. The research on transmission accuracy will provide an effective method both for the transmission accuracy of active control and the further research of gear transmission accuracy.
