摘要
通过对A7N01S-T5铝合金不同线能量条件下双脉冲MIG焊(熔化极惰性气体保护焊)对接接头组织和力学性能的比较,得到以下结论:适中的线能量可以得到较为美观的焊缝表面成型;线能量的增大,促进了焊缝内第二相的析出,树枝晶也随之增多,同时也促进了热影响区晶粒的长大;而在较低的线能量条件下得到了相对较好的综合力学性能。
The microstructure and properties of A7N01-T5 alloy double pulse MIG (Metal Inert-gas) welding butt joint under different line energy were compared. Results were shown below: A beautiful weld surface topography could be got under moderate line energy;with the line energy increase, more second phases separate out in the joint and the dendrites also increase, and the grain growth of the HAZ was also promoted;while under low line energy condition, better comprehensive mechanical properties could be got.
