摘要
本论文以2016 FSEC中国大学生电动方程式汽车大赛为背景,设计并制造了一套用于车手训练的模拟器支架。整个设计过程在满足大赛规则的基础上,最大程度还原车手在赛车中的坐姿,提升了车手的情景再现能力,并且在满足工艺要求的前提下最大程度地降低了成本。本文的主要工作是完成赛车模拟器支架的设计计算,模拟器支架的效用分析和模拟器支架的制作。本课题的研究与制造为今后FSAE车手训练方式的设计提供参考,总结了设计与制造过程汇总的经验和教训,具有一定工程价值。
In this paper, a simulator bracket for driver training is designed and manufactured with the back-ground of 2016 Formula Student Electricity China. The whole design process is based on the rules of the competition, the maximum reduction of drivers in the car sitting posture, improve the driver’s situation reproduction ability, and to meet the requirements of the process to minimize the cost. The main work of this paper is to complete the design and calculation of the car simulator bracket, the utility analysis of the simulator bracket and the manufacture of the simulator bracket. The research and manufacture of this topic provide reference for the design of the training mode of FSAE driver in the future, and summarize the experience and lessons of the design and manu-facturing process, which has a certain engineering value.
