摘要 高速永磁电机具有体积小、重量轻、效率高等特点,其应用范围越来越广泛,随着电力应用市场对高速永磁电机使用要求的不断提高,永磁电机制造工艺及关键技术问题逐渐突出,对此分析电机制造工艺特点及其发展趋势,为同类电机工艺设计及施工提供参考。 Because of the advantages of less volume, lighter weight, and higher efficiency, high-speed permanent magnet electric machine has been used widely in many applications. With the increasing demand for high-speed permanent magnet electric machine applications in the power application market, its manufacturing process and key technology problems are becoming more and more serious. So, the analysis of the characteristics and development trend of the electric machine process is provided, which can be usefully employed in design and fabrication of similar kind of electric machines.
