摘要
本文通过金相、硬度、拉伸、弯曲、疲劳等试验,探究了常温、0℃、−25℃、−40℃、−50℃等条件下的6005A-T6铝合金的力学性能。研究结果发现,6005A-T6铝合金组织较为均匀,硬度值总体分布均匀,弯曲试样均未发现明显裂纹或开裂;同时发现,随着温度的降低,材料的抗拉强度、断后伸长率及疲劳极限均有提升。
This article explores the mechanical properties of 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy under normal tem-perature, 0˚C, −25˚C, −40˚C, −50˚C and other conditions through metallographic, hardness, tensile, bending, fatigue and other tests. The results of the study found that the structure of the 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy is relatively uniform, the hardness value is distributed uniformly, and no obvious cracks or cracks are found in the bending specimens. At the same time, it is found that with the decrease of temperature, the tensile strength, elongation after fracture and the fatigue limit have all been improved.
