摘要
根据汽车座椅H点的测试方法以及原理,对汽车座椅H点进行测量。通过对试验过程进行分析,确定出影响汽车座椅H点测量过程中的各个影响因素。再通过建立相关数学模型,对测量过程中的各个影响因素进行相应的不确定度分析,最终确定出影响测量结果准确性的主要因素。根据其产生的原因,在试验过程中加以控制,从而减小其对试验结果带来的影响,进而提高H点测量结果的准确性,为汽车座椅设计、驾乘人员舒适性、座椅碰撞等提供更直观,更准确可靠的保证,具有重要意义。
According to the test method and principle of H-point of car seat, H-point of car seat is measured. Through the analysis of the test process, the influencing factors in the measuring process of H-point of car seat are determined. Then, by establishing the relevant mathematical model, the uncertainty of each influencing factor in the measurement process is analyzed, and the main factors affecting the accuracy of the measurement results are finally determined. According to the cause of its occurrence, it is of great significance to control it during the test process to reduce its impact on the test results, by improving the accuracy of the measurement results of H-point and providing a more intuitive, accurate and reliable guarantee for car seat design, driver and passenger comfort, seat collision and other tests.
