“肉夹馍”之名流行的构式动因

The Constructional Motivation Making the Name "Marinated Meat in Baked Bun" (Rougamo) Popular among the Public

有人认为“肉夹馍”表示“肉夹着馍”,既不合逻辑又不合语法,应改为“馍夹肉”或者“夹肉馍”。本文基于Goldberg提出的构式语法理论,指出“肉夹馍”属于“A + V + M”类构式,有其构式形式和构式义方面的特征。该构式的词汇具有多功能性,是构式压制的结果,这是本文用于解答“肉夹馍”之名争议的关键。同时,该构式词汇开放程度高、可替换性强的特征使其具有高能产性。在认知层面,该构式同人们认知方式的形成、发展相一致,符合大众的认知心理,因而得以在民间广泛使用和流传。

Some individuals argue that“rougamo”means“The meat is stuffed with a pan-cake”,which is neither logical nor grammatical.It should be changed to“pan-cake stuffed with meat”.Based on the theory of Construction Grammar proposed by Goldberg,this paper indicates that“rougamo”belongs to the“A+V+M”type of construction,possessing the characteristics of its construction form and construction meaning.Besides,the construction coercion results in the lexical versatility of the construction,as is expected to solve the controversy about the name of“rougamo”.Meanwhile,“A+V+M”type of construction is featured by its high degree of openness and substitutability,making it highly productive.At the cognitive level,this construction is consistent with the formation and development of people’s cognitive mode and conforms to the public's cognitive psychology.Consequently,it can be widely used and spread among the people.
