情感咨询人际互动中话语标记“然后”功能探析 被引量:2

摘要 汉语口语中的“然后”是一个重要的话语标记语,其使用范围呈现不断扩大的趋势。然而,目前对于“然后”的探索主要集中在语义和语用层面,从语音角度进行分析的研究较少。本研究以情感热线中主持人与求助者的对话为语料,从语篇组织角度出发,对会话中的话语标记语“然后”进行定量、定性分析。研究结果显示:在30篇语料中“然后”共出现356次。研究发现,“然后”有话题设立、话题顺接、话题链修补和话题转换等四种语篇组织功能。主持人和求助者使用“然后”不同的语篇组织功能体现的是二者在人际互动中不同的角色、目的和地位。语音特征方面,“然后”的持续时间和音高范围是区别其前后话题是否一致的重要参数。 The word “ranhou” in oral Chinese is an important discourse marker, and its using scope shows the expanding tendency. However, at present, the exploration of “ranhou” mainly focuses on the semantic and pragmatic level, and the research from the perspective of phonetics is not many. Based on the discourse between the host and the helper in the emotional hotline, this study makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the discourse marker “ranhou” in the conversation from the function of discourse organization. The results show that “ranhou” appears 356 times in 30 corpus texts. The “ranhou” has four functions of discourse organization: topic establishing, topic sequence, topic chain repairing, and topic switching. The “ranhou” used by the host and the helper reflects their different roles, purposes, and positions in interpersonal interaction. In terms of phonetic features, the duration and pitch range of “ranhou” are essential parameters to distinguish whether the topics before and after are consistent.
