外交部发言人语用身份建构及话语资源对比研究——以赵立坚和华春莹为例

The Pragmatic Identities and Discursive Resources of the Foreign Ministry Spokespersons—With Zhao Lijian and Hua Chunying as the Case

本研究通过自建外交部发言人主持例行记者会小型语料库,利用语用身份理论,对外交部发言人赵立坚和华春莹建立的语用身份及话语构建资源进行对比研究。研究发现,在涉美问题的回答上二人共同建立了劝导者、反对者和捍卫者三种语用身份,但话语资源有较大差别。该研究进一步提供了话语构建资源差异原因的阐释,以期为未来类似的研究提供参考。

In this study, a miniature corpus composed of replies given by the spokespersons at regular press conferences was constructed and manually coded. Under the guidance of Pragmatic Identity Theory, the analysis results portray that when answering the US-related questions, Zhao and Hua both established three kinds of pragmatic identities: proselytizer, dissenter and defender, but their discursive resources were varying which could be ascribed to the gender and bias toward pragmatic empathy or de-empathy. It is hoped that this paper could provide a reference for similar studies on pragmatic identities in the future.
