Research on the Governance of Online Language Public Opinion from the Perspective of the Rule of Law

文章结合网络安全治理的相关指导思想和法律法规探索网络语言舆情治理的重要方面、治理方法以及路径,指出网络语言舆情监管工作必须遵循相应的法律法规,要顺应社群传播新时代的特点,掌握语言舆情的传播规律,才能及时化解网络语言舆情危机,增强舆论引导和国家政策普及传播的有效性。

Based on the relevant ideas, laws and regulations of network security governance, this article explores the importance and ways of governance of online language public opinion governance, and points out that the supervision of network language public opinion must follow corresponding laws and regulations, and conform to the characteristics of the new era of community communication. Only in this way can the crisis of online language public opinion be resolved timely and the effectiveness of public opinion guidance and the popularization and dissemination of national policies can be enhanced.
