《交往行为理论》在中国的译介与接受

Translations and Acceptance of Theory of Communicative Action in China

尤尔根•哈贝马斯是德国当代最重要的哲学家之一,也被誉为“当代最有影响力的思想家”。他的代表性著作之一,《交往行为理论》促进了现代西方哲学“语言学转向”向实践层面的深入发展,受到了国内外学术界的广泛关注,被用于研究探讨教育学,心理学,翻译学,社会学等多个领域。但通过查阅资料,笔者发现关于其译本在中传播与接受的研究十分欠缺。因此,作者认为哈贝马斯的《交往行为理论》译本在中国的传播与接受有着很高的研究价值。本文从社会背景、译者身份、接受与传播对《交往行为理论》三版译本在中国的传播与接受进行了研究。从而得出了结论:在三个译本中,曹卫东2018年出版的译本接受情况更好。这与译者的履历背景,先前译文的参照以及学界对于用词准确、翻译质量高译本的迫切需求都有一定关系。

Jurgen Habermas is one of the most important philosophers in Germany, and is also known as “the most influential thinker in contemporary times”. As one of his representative works, Theory of Communicative Action promotes the development of modern western philosophy to a more practical level in regards to its “linguistic turn”. Communicative action theory has been widely discussed by scholars at home and abroad, and has been applied in multi-discipline studies with pedagogy, psychology, translation, sociology and other fields. However, on looking up for related articles, the author finds that there is a lack of research on the dissemination and acceptance of its translation in China. Therefore, the dissemination and acceptance of Habermas’s Theory of Communicative Action Chinese translation are of great value. This paper studies the dissemination and reception of three versions of its published translation in China from the perspective of social background, translator identity, reception and publication. And the author draws the conclusion that among the three versions, Cao Weidong’s translation in 2018 is well accepted by readers, which has a connection with the translator’s profile, reference from previous translation and the need of scholars for a correct and high-quality translation.
