归化异化视角下的政府公文汉译日翻译策略——以《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》为例

如今中国经济稳健发展,经济全球化的程度随之进步,国内开展的各界国际交流也愈发活跃。对海外组织、企业来说,政府的政策公文起到重要的指导参考作用,其译文质量对交流活动的展开至关重要。由于历史文化背景的异同以及各自的语言特点,中日公文翻译活动中存在诸多重点难点。本论文以归化异化视角为参考,对政府公文的文体、词汇、句法的特征进行考察,总结此类文本的翻译策略及翻译活动的要点。

Nowadays, China’s economy is developing steadily and the degree of economic globalization is progressing, and the international conversation among various aspects carried out in China are becoming more and more active. For overseas organizations and enterprises, government policy documents play an important guiding and reference role, and the quality of the translations is crucial to the communication activities. Due to the similarities and differences in historical and cultural backgrounds as well as language characteristics, there are many key points and difficulties in the translation activities of Chinese documents and Japanese documents. Referring to the perspective of domestication and foreignization, this thesis examines the style, vocabulary, syntax features of government policy documents, and summarizes the translation strategies and key points of translation activities for such texts.
