试论译介学理论对中国文化“走出去”的指导意义

On the Guiding Significance of Medio-Translatology Theory to the “Going out” of Chinese Culture

译介学是中国著名比较文学专家谢天振先生原创的翻译学理论,是上世纪末至今20多年来中国人文学术界最具影响力的理论之一。译介学打破了我国长期以来以文字转换和翻译技术为主导的传统研究范式,凭借跨学科优势逐步形成一个独立的研究领域,在国内外学界产生了较大影响,从而拓宽了国内外翻译学的研究视野。文章首先对译介学理论作了简要概述,其次尝试挖掘译介学理论的创新意义与中国话语特性,并指出中国文化外译的现实难题,最后探讨其对于中国文化“走出去”的实际指导意义,以期推动中国文化外译的进步与发展。

Medio-translatology is an original translation theory initiated by Chinese scholar Tianzhen Xie, a renowned Chinese specialist in comparative literature, and has been one of the most influential theories in Chinese humanities academia for more than two decades since the end of the last century. It has broken the traditional research paradigm in domestic translation studies, which has long been dominated by text conversion and translation skills, and gradually formed an independent research field with the advantage of interdisciplinarity, which has exerted great influences in domestic and overseas academic circles, thus broadening the research horizon of translation studies at home and abroad. The article first briefly introduces the theory of medio-translatology, then tries to explore the innovative significance and the characteristics of Chinese discourse of medio-translatology, points out the present difficulties of the dissemination of Chinese culture, and finally discusses its practical guiding significance for the “going out” of Chinese culture, in order to promote the progress and development of the external translation of Chinese culture.
