摘要
大学是寻找自我、确立自我的关键时期,大学生的身份认同对其自我发展与自我实现具有重要意义。然而,由于大学扩招、严苛的人才需求体系、考研等继续教育的内卷化等外部环境的影响,大学生对自我身份认同产生了危机。本文采用拉波夫(Labov)的叙事分析模式,以山东某省属本科高校的两名大学生为个案研究对象,探讨其身份认同现状、身份认同发展历程及影响因素,帮助其与社会进行良性互动,实现个体同一性。
College is a crucial period for finding and establishing oneself. College students’ identity is of great significance to their self-development and self-realization. However, due to the influence of the external environment, such as university enrollment expansion, strict talent demand system, and internalization of continuing education such as postgraduate entrance examination, college students have a crisis of self-identity. In this paper, Labov’s narrative analysis model is adopted to investigate the identity quo, development process and influencing factors of identity of two undergraduate students in Shandong Province, so as to help them interact positively with society and realize individual identity.
