摘要
全球化背景下,各国积极参与国际文化交流,中国也做出了“中国文化走出去”的战略决策,极力推动本土文学和文化的向外译介,但就实际效果而言并不理想。对此,许多学者多方寻找原因,其中,“中国文化究竟应由谁来译”一直以来都是颇有争议的话题。从外国译者垄断,到后来的“外中”“中外”合作模式,本文基于众学者对外译主体的讨论,认为“中国文化成功走出去”的关键不在“接受”而在“兴趣”。
The strategy of Chinese culture going global made in today’s era witnessing unprecedentedly dy-namic international cultural exchanges proves China’s efforts in promoting the dissemination of its literature and culture, but the “going global” efficiency fails the expectation in reality, which draws the attention of many scholars. They analyze it from various aspects to find the cause, and “who should be the translator of Chinese culture” has been one of their most heated topics for a long time. From the argument that foreign translators should play the exclusive role in the trans-lation of Chinese culture to the “Foreign-Chinese” and “Chinese-Foreign” collaborative translation modes, scholars’ opinions vary from each other. Based on their discussions, this paper proposes that the key to the success of Chinese culture going global lies in not “acceptance” but “interest”.
