《人类减贫的中国实践》白皮书英译本的国际生态话语分析

An Analysis of International Ecological Discourse of the English Version of the White Paper Poverty Alleviation: China’s Experience and Contribution

本文尝试从国际生态话语的视角出发,基于“和而不同,互爱互利”的生态哲学观,对《人类减贫的中国实践》白皮书英译本中的国际生态语篇进行分析,探究其话语建构方式、蕴含的国际生态观以及所展现的国家形象。分析结果显示:首先,在该语篇中,物质过程被大量使用来构建中国减贫故事,充分展现了脚踏实地,尽职尽责的大国形象。其次,语篇中有益性生态话语占比居多,中性生态话语较少,不存在破坏性生态话语,充分反映了中国始终在践行“和而不同,互爱互利”的生态哲学观,以自身行动促进国际生态系统的可持续发展。

From the perspective of international ecological discourse, this paper attempts to analyze the in-ternational ecological discourse in the English version of the white paper Poverty Alleviation: Chi-na’s Experience and Contribution based on the ecosophy of “harmony with diversity, mutual love and mutual benefit”, and explore the way of discourse construction, the international ecological view contained in it and the national image presented. The results of the analysis show that: firstly, ma-terial processes are frequently used to construct the story of China’s poverty alleviation in this dis-course, which fully demonstrates the image of a down-to-earth and responsible major country. Sec-ondly, beneficial ecological discourse accounts for the largest proportion, neutral ecological dis-course is less, and there is no destructive ecological discourse, which fully reflects that China has always been pursuing the ecosophy of “harmony with diversity, mutual love and mutual benefit”, and promoting the sustainable development of the international ecosystem with its own actions.
