摘要
介绍了武汉城市圈氨氮总量控制形式与目标现状,并阐述了总量控制存在的问题。通过分析研究总量控制实施的基本原则和方法,研究提出了武汉城市圈氨氮总量控制对策。
Target situations of the ammonia nitrogen pollution cap control in Wuhan urban circle was introduced, and the problems of pollution cap control was described too. Measures of the ammonia nitrogen pollution cap control were proposed in detail based on the analysis of the basic principles and methods.
