In the new situation, it is very urgent for vocational college students to carry out career planning. The article analyzes the necessary of career planning in the vocational colleges based on the background. Then, the article points out the countermeasure recommendations to make sure that the career planning in the vocational college will be professional, personal and social all through the processing.
