摘要
随着我国全面深化改革工作的启动,国有企业改革的号角已经吹响。传统的行政工作体系已不能适应现代企业制度建立背景下国有企业所面对的新挑战和要求,新的行政工作体系亟需建立,要突破传统的工作内容和工作方式,在三重一大、简政放权、政策研究、信息统筹等方面加以拓展。
Along with the start of China’s comprehensively deepen reform work, the reform of state-owned enterprises has begun. The traditional administrative work system can’t adapt to the new demand and challenge state-owned enterprise is facing under the background of establishing modern enterprise system. Breaking through the traditional working content and working way, a new administrative work system needs to be established to expand in the fields of three-importance and one-greatness policy-making system, streamlining of administration and institute decentralization, policy research and information overall planning.
