摘要
信息技术及其引发的信息化进程造就了新的组织群体——“数字原生代”并形成了新的员工管理实践,如何针对数字原生代这一特殊的群体实施有效的管理,成为企业管理者关注的问题。本文聚焦移动互联网时代“数字原生代”的员工管理,探讨通过员工力管理的方式以适应时代的要求,以用于解决中国原创力不足的问题。
A new organization groups called “digital natives” and the formation of a new staff management practices were triggered by IT and information process. How to implement effective management for digital natives this special group is a concerned issue of managers. This article focuses on the staff management of “digital natives” in mobile Internet era, and explores the way of “staff force management” to adapt to the requirements of the times, in order to solve the problem of Chinese original power problems.
