摘要
以中国电子科技集团公司为例,分析“一带一路”国家战略对军工电子行业的深远影响,研究军工电子企业实施国际化战略的思考、目标和路径,提出以建设“世界一流创新型企业”助推军工电子企业国际化经营的新思路,并提出从产品和服务、国际品牌、企业管理、地缘政治等四个方面开展国际化经营的新方法,为我国军工电子企业更好践行“一带一路”倡议提出启示。
The paper takes China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) for example, analyses profound influence of “One Belt, One Road” national strategy, and improves ideas, objectives and paths of implementing international strategy for military electronics industrial enterprises in China. The research offers a new idea on internationalization strategy by building “word-class innovative enterprises”, and indicates four directions of products and services, international brands, business management, geopolitics on internationalized business operation. Moreover, it proves inspirations for military electronics industrial enterprises strategic execution of “One Belt, One Road” national strategy.
