Medical consumables have certain characteristics and its management process is relatively complex. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the medical product management and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The paper also expounds the methods and significance and effect of modern information management, standardizing the procurement process of medical consumables, establishing the secondary library management mode, implementing the system information integration, to realize the whole process and informationization management of high-value consumables.
