Research Report on the Team of Asset Managers of the Chinese Academy of Sciences

为进一步了解中国科学院资产管理人员队伍发展现状,提高院属单位资产管理水平,中国科学院条件保障与财务局结合院属单位资产管理培训对全院资产管理人员进行了问卷调查,并进行了座谈。在此基础上,阐述资产管理队伍建设现状,分析队伍建设存在的问题并提出政策建议。

In order to understand the development status of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) asset management team and improve the asset management level of the affiliated institutions, the Bu-reau of Facility Support and Budget and CAS, combined with asset management training of the affi-liated units, conducted a questionnaire survey and discussion on the assets management staff of the Academy. Based on the survey, the present situation of the construction of asset management team is expounded, and the problems existing in the team construction are analyzed and the policy suggestions are put forward.
