摘要
本文运用文献法、个案访谈法等资料收集方法,以南通为例,调查了南通的各个社会组织的运行状态,并且着重了解政府在社会组织中所扮演的角色以及在大数据时代互联网+在其中的运用。由南通推广到整个中国社会,提出此方面的问题并且给出解决策略,以期进一步推广互联网+与政府购买公共服务的结合并快速成长。
This paper, using literature method, case interview method and other data collection methods, and taking Nantong as an example, investigates the operation status of various social organizations in Nantong, and focuses on understanding the government in the role of the social organization and “Internet+” in the era of big data in the application. Spreading from Nantong to the whole Chinese Society, this paper puts forward the problems and gives solving strategy, in order to further promote the combination of the “Internet+” and the government’ purchase of the public service, and its rapid development.
