摘要
企业跨国并购能否成功,在很大程度上取决于文化整合的成功,而文化整合的成功实践有赖于科学的文化整合理论的指导。反观现实,有关中国企业跨国并购中文化整合理论研究的现状整体上是不能令人满意的,其中很重要的一个原因就是研究方法的不当运用。为了提升该研究领域的研究水平,以便推动理论进步,科学指导实践。本文拟对近年来国内外关于中国企业跨国并购文化整合研究所运用的研究方法进行述评,分析各主要研究方法的适用条件和局限性,并基于前期的研究成果,探讨未来研究方法应用的可能方向和趋势。
Successful cross border mergers and acquisitions depends heavily on the successful implementa-tion of cultural integration, and the successful implementation of cultural integration depends on the understanding and practise of scientific cultural integration theories. Given the importance of cultural integration, however, current studies on this field have not yielded satisfactory findings and results. One of the reasons for this situation is the improper use of research methods. In order to contribute more insights and inspirations to this important field, this paper intends to review the research methods applied in the domestic and international research on the cross-border M&A culture integration of Chinese enterprises, analyze the applicable conditions and limitations of each major research method, and explore the possible directions of future research methods based on the previous research results and trends.
